Managed DeskPRO is a service that runs on our systems. You do not need to install anything. The requirements for use are very modest:

• Your customers can use any web browser. JavaScript is recommended but not required.
• The Technician and Administration interfaces require a modern browser. We recommend the latest versions of IE or Firefox.
