There are a small number of usage limits associated with lower technician plans. These are as follows:

• 1 - 4 technicians
        100 knowledgebase articles, 1GB in attachments, 5 troubleshooters and 3 POP3 accounts.
• 5 - 9 technicians
        250 knowledgebase articles, 3GB in attachments, 25 troubleshooters and 5 POP3 accounts.
• 10+ technicians
        No limits on anything.
