Using custom fields in DeskPRO, you can totally transform your helpdesk
into whatever you need it to be. Custom fields can be applied to many
aspects of the DeskPRO system:

Custom fields can be one of several types:
- Simple one-line text boxes
- Multi-line textareas

Custom Field Features

- Validation options to ensure the user entered correct data. You can specify min/max characters for input fields, specific regex and min/max selectable items
for select-based items.
